ERIE BASED • OWNER OPERATED • RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL
Your local crew for a warmer winter and a cooler summer.
When the furnace quits or the AC stops keeping up, you want someone who can explain the problem and help you decide what comes next. Advise Heating & Air is a small, owner-operated HVAC company based right here in Erie.
Owner Jacob West brings 13 years of hands-on HVAC experience to the business. Our work includes furnace and AC repairs, complete system installations, heat pumps, ductwork, and commercial heating and cooling.
What do you need help with?
The furnace isn’t heating
Won’t start? Blowing cool air? Shutting down before the house warms up? Tell us what you’re noticing. We diagnose the system and explain the repair options before additional work begins.
The AC isn’t keeping up
Warm air, weak airflow, water around the indoor unit, or a system that keeps cycling all deserve a closer look. We check the cause before recommending a repair.
It’s time to consider new equipment
Compare furnace, AC, and heat-pump options with a crew that also looks at the ductwork, controls, and installation details your home needs.

Meet the people behind Advise
Jacob has owned and operated Advise for about eight years. This is a hands-on heating and cooling business: our crew works on homes, businesses, rooftop equipment, and the ductwork that connects it all.
Our approach is to give you the details you need to make an informed choice. If a repair makes sense, we explain that option. If replacement is worth considering, we walk through the equipment and installation choices with you.
Comfort starts with the whole system
A new furnace or air conditioner is only part of an installation. Airflow, supply and return ducts, venting, thermostat settings, and equipment capacity all affect how the finished system works. Those details matter when replacing equipment in an existing Erie home or planning heating and cooling for new construction.
We also install central and ductless heat pumps, work on thermostats and zoning, and offer humidification and indoor-air-quality options. Tell us which rooms are uncomfortable and what you want to improve.
Erie HVAC questions
Are you actually based in Erie?
Yes. Advise Heating & Air is based at 914 County Road 7, Erie, CO 80516. We also serve nearby Frederick, Firestone, and Dacono.
Can you work on my business’s HVAC equipment?
Yes. Our services include residential and commercial heating and cooling.
Do I have to replace my system if it breaks down?
A breakdown alone doesn’t decide that. We look at the failed component, equipment condition, repair history, and your comfort goals, then explain the available options.
Tell us what your system is doing
Call with your location, the symptoms you’re noticing, and the equipment type if you know it. For installation inquiries, tell us what you’d like to improve. We’ll discuss the next step and current appointment availability.
